Hello everyone,
We traveled with Uni-World from 25 October to 13 November. The package was okay, but the management and group leader were very unprofessional. When we reached, our hotel booking wasn’t confirmed—we got a room for one day, then had to change rooms again after three days. No proper room service was available. Our group leader was mostly busy taking smoke breaks and not guiding us properly. Also, our Salam Air layover was changed from 4 hours to 2 hours 15 days earlier, but he didn’t know and informed us at the last minute, causing stress. Uni-World needs better organization and responsible tour leaders.
